ApplicationSupport class -- a Swing API Facade

A convenience API for fetching "resources", including language-specific strings. Something I've been planning on writing for years now, but hey, this will save me some time...its by Graphic Java's David Geary, who's finally back to writing some Swing stuff after doing two books on JSPs.
