Avoid GTK+ L&F in Swing

As a result of the Swing group's decisions on bugs 4854824 and 4843575, it is my (take it for what it's worth) recommendation that Linux users not require or use the GTK+ Look&Feel.

Mimicking an existing component is one thing, but intentionally dumbing down a component and removing important features is something else. There are reasons many applications don't use the Motif L&F, and copying the crappy Motif XmFSB is one of them.
